By accessing this website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or enrolling in a program with Inderia Bloom Med Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. A consultation with a qualified medical provider is required to determine appropriate treatment.

Use of this website does not establish a provider–patient relationship until a consultation and evaluation have been completed.

Inderia Bloom Med Spa shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website, reliance on its content, or services provided, except as required by law.

All treatments carry potential risks and outcomes may vary. Clients acknowledge that medical and aesthetic services involve inherent variability and no guarantee of results can be made.

A valid credit card is required to schedule and maintain appointments.

The card on file may be used for consultation fees, late cancellations, missed appointments, and authorized service or program charges.

Clients will be notified prior to charges whenever possible.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.

Certain services require a medical consultation prior to treatment or program enrollment.

Most telehealth or medical consultations conducted by a licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant are $75.

Some specialty consultations or physician-directed evaluations may carry a different consultation fee depending on the service. The applicable fee will always be disclosed at the time of booking.

Consultation fees reserve provider time and are non-refundable.

Consultation fees may be paid either directly to Inderia Bloom Med Spa or to the evaluating licensed medical provider, depending on how the consultation is scheduled.

If a client elects to proceed with treatment or program enrollment, consultation fees may be applied toward services when applicable.

Certain medical treatments require a Good Faith Examination in accordance with California law.

A Good Faith Examination must be completed by a licensed medical provider prior to initiating applicable treatments and is typically required once per calendar year.

A Good Faith Examination fee may apply and will be disclosed at the time of scheduling. Good Faith Examination fees are non-refundable.

Medical services may be provided by the supervising medical director or by a licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant affiliated with Inderia Bloom Med Spa in accordance with California law.

All treatments and prescriptions are provided only when medically appropriate and at the sole discretion of the evaluating provider. Not all clients are candidates for all services or medications.

A consultation and medical evaluation may be required prior to treatment or enrollment.

Prescription medications are provided only when medically appropriate and may be dispensed through a licensed pharmacy or compounding pharmacy when applicable.

Medication eligibility, dosing, and continuation of therapy are determined by the supervising provider based on medical history, laboratory results, and clinical judgment.

Once medications have been ordered, processed, or dispensed, they are non-refundable.

All services, packages, memberships, consultations, and medical programs are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic services, refunds are not provided for services rendered, prepaid packages, consultations, or medications once purchased, ordered, or dispensed.

Individual results vary. No specific outcome or result is guaranteed for any service, treatment, or program.

Certain services may include telehealth consultations.

Clients must be physically located in the State of California at the time of telehealth consultation and treatment approval.

By participating in telehealth services, clients acknowledge the limitations of remote care and agree to provide accurate and complete medical information.

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and materials, is the property of Inderia Bloom Med Spa and may not be reproduced without permission.

Inderia Bloom Med Spa reserves the right to modify services, pricing, policies, or program structure at any time without notice. Clients will be notified of material changes affecting active programs when applicable.
