Weight Loss Done Right

Semaglutide and tirzepatide are medications commonly used in medically supervised weight loss programs. Both work by supporting appetite regulation and metabolic health when prescribed appropriately by a medical provider.

Semaglutide
Semaglutide works by mimicking a hormone called GLP-1, which helps regulate appetite and support feelings of fullness. It is used as part of a structured weight management program and dosing is determined by a provider.

Tirzepatide
Tirzepatide acts on both GLP-1 and GIP receptors, which may support appetite control and metabolic regulation through multiple pathways. Dosing and eligibility are determined through medical consultation.

The appropriate medication varies by individual and is determined through evaluation of medical history, lab results, and treatment goals.

These medications are prescribed only when medically appropriate and require consultation with a qualified provider. Not all patients are candidates. Individual results vary.

Inderia Bloom Med Spa offers medically supervised weight loss programs that may include telehealth consultations, lifestyle guidance, and prescription medications when medically appropriate. All treatment decisions are made at the sole discretion of the supervising medical provider based on safety, medical history, laboratory findings, and clinical judgment.

This program is available only to residents of the State of California.

A $50 consultation fee is required to schedule a medical weight loss evaluation. This fee reserves the provider’s time and is non-refundable.

If the client is deemed medically appropriate and elects to proceed with enrollment, the consultation fee may be applied toward program fees.

If a client is not medically eligible for treatment, the consultation fee remains non-refundable.

A valid credit card is required to schedule consultations and enroll in the weight loss program. The card on file may be used for consultation fees, late cancellations, missed appointments, and authorized program charges.

Clients will be notified prior to charges whenever possible.

Enrollment in the weight loss program is subject to medical evaluation and approval by the supervising provider. Not all individuals are candidates for medication-based treatment.

Eligibility may change over time based on medical history, lab results, side effects, or provider discretion. Inderia Bloom Med Spa does not guarantee continued eligibility for medication throughout the program.

Semaglutide and tirzepatide may be prescribed when medically appropriate. All medications are prescribed by a licensed medical provider and may be dispensed through a licensed compounding pharmacy when applicable.

Medication selection, dosing schedule, titration, and duration of therapy are determined by the supervising medical provider.

Once medications have been ordered, processed, or dispensed, they are non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for obtaining required laboratory testing when requested.

• Laboratory results must be completed through a reputable laboratory
• Results must be dated within the previous 3 months
• Lab results older than 3 months may not be accepted
• Updated laboratory testing may be required before starting or continuing treatment

Failure to provide required laboratory results may delay or prevent treatment.

The Jump Start Program begins at the minimum starting dose for semaglutide or tirzepatide and includes the initial titration phase. This program is intended for new patients beginning treatment.

Dose adjustments are determined by the medical provider and may not exceed the initial titration schedule during the first three months unless medically appropriate.

Clients may enroll on a month-to-month basis. However, most patients begin to see meaningful results after three months or more of consistent treatment.

Six-month programs follow the same medical guidelines and dosing protocols as shorter programs but are structured for longer-term continuity of care.

All weight loss program fees are non-refundable.

Due to the medical nature of this program, provider time, administrative processing, and the cost of medications, refunds are not provided once a program has been initiated or medications have been ordered.

Individual results vary. Weight loss is not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on many factors including adherence to treatment, lifestyle modifications, metabolism, and overall health.

Participation in this program does not guarantee a specific amount of weight loss or timeframe.

This program may include telehealth consultations. By participating, clients acknowledge the limitations of telehealth services and agree to provide accurate and complete medical information.

Clients must be physically located in the State of California at the time of consultation and treatment approval.

Clients agree to:

• Follow medical instructions provided by the supervising provider
• Disclose accurate and complete health information
• Attend required follow-up appointments
• Report side effects or concerns promptly

Failure to comply with medical guidance may result in modification or discontinuation of treatment.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Inderia Bloom Med Spa reserves the right to modify program structure, pricing, or policies at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes affecting active enrollments.
